What is your return policy?

Please note our merch is made to order. In this case, we do not offer returns on change of mind / wrong size or colour.

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our team within 5 days of product delivery. IOEN offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

Please note that our merch is print on demand. In this case, we do not offer returns or refunds on change of mind / wrong size or colour.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our print providers are able to ship to most countries; however, shipping is not offered to Guadeloupe and North Korea.


What are your shipping options?

We offer a standard shipping option from various print providers located around the world. 


What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates will vary depending on product type, print provider, and delivery destination. You can check all of our shipping rates at checkout.


How long until I get my delivery?

Please allow up to 15-30 business days for your order to arrive. This includes production time.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached our print provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfilment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel your order.

Nevertheless, our support team will reach out to the print provider and attempt to cancel the order for a refund.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email. You can also check the status of your order by visiting the order page in your order confirmation email.
